Welcome to NJG Farms Farm

We currently offer beef products born and raised on our farm in the Adirondacks.  You are able to purchase full cows, half cows, and all the way down to 1lb packs of hamburger and single packs of steaks and roasts. Throughout the year we do have numerous butcher appointments so we can accept pre orders on full/half cows and large orders.  Our cows are raised on pasture their first few years and then provided a high grain/corn diet the last 6 months prior to butcher.

The breed of cows we currently have are Wagyu crosses F1's and F2's as well as a few full blood animals.  We are increasing the Wagyu genetics in our herd due to the increased quality of the meat. 

We do provide delivery to all of our customers depending on the location there might be an additional fee.
